Directions: from Munfordville take KY-88E, turn left onto KY-1854, turn left onto US-31E N, and turn right onto KY-569 to Auction Site. Signs will be posted. From Greensburg take HWY N 61 go approximately 6.7 miles turn left onto KY 569 go approximately 230 ft, turn right to stay on KY- 569 go approximately 3.5 miles to Auction Site, signs will be posted. Real Estate Offering: 17.371 +/- acres by recent survey with open land and woodland with some marketable timber, property offered as a whole and in 4 tracts on price per acre basis. Based on acreages obtained from a completed survey. Tract #1- 10.055 acres with timberland, Tract #3 2.166 acres, Tract #4 2.445 acres, Tract #5 2.705 acres. All 4 tracts offered by though the marketing method buyers’ choice whereas the high bidder can purchase any or all tracts.
